The International Master in the Administration of Football MINAF is a unique study program in Latin America that is entirely focused on the football industry. We deliver this program in Spanish in Mexico City and Lima, Peru. With over 200 graduates linked to a variety of football organizations, MINAF is the most important educational program in its’ sector.

Objectives

The MINAF aims to provide you with a critical understanding of football management and the other businesses that are connected to the football industry. During the program, you also learn to apply your knowledge effectively.

Program

The program is divided over ten thematic modules covering all critical issues of football management:

• Globalization and New Businesses in Football
• Football Club Administration
• Strategic Planning in Football
• Commercialization in Football
• Financial Evaluation of Sport Projects
• Communication Media and the Football Sector
• Negotiation
• Football Theory for Managers
• International Football Law
• Football Marketing

This program will help you understand:

• The current status of national and international football
• The principles of strategic management
• The most innovative practices of sport marketing
• The principles of financial management
• Legislation and laws governing the football industry
• The business fundamentals of the football industry

Duration

MINAF has a total duration of 200 hours, divided over 10 modules (20 hours per module).
